return and exchange policy

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 7 days to proceed exchange or return in a form of store credit that can be use for next purchase. We gladly welcome returns and exchanges for FULL-PRICE items.

Please chat to our WhatsApp number or email to petitelle.id@gmail.com to initiate the return.
You can send the items for return or exchange to our address provided in the email or WhatsApp chat. Please use a trusted courier with a tracking number to be safe. We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. Please note that any shipping fee, tax and customs charges incurred will be handled by customer. In the event that we get charged any additional fees, these fees will be deducted from your store credit.
Please makesure the product are being packed according to this condition : Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed and with all garment tags still securely attached.
Returns and exchanges can only occur once.
Any form of Sale items ( items that were bought using discount voucher, final sale items, flash sale ) are not exchangeable/returnable.
Video proof must be provided for complaints.
All shipping fees will be borne by customers, including the shipping fee to send exchanged items back to customers.
Returns that are damaged, soiled, perfumed or altered are not accepted and will be sent back to the customer (Shipping cost will be cover by customer).
Items purchased with store credit cannot be exchanged or refunded.
